Guess which It Girl is now the new face of Gucci! It’s Gossip Girl‘s very own Blake Lively. She has been named the face of the the Italian luxury brand’s new fragrance Première.
Gucci creative director Frida Giannini said Blake was chosen for her unique style and charisma.
“In conceiving this fragrance I was inspired by timeless Hollywood glamour and the iconic leading ladies of Hollywood’s golden era,” Giannini said in a statement.
The commercial will be directed by Nicolas Winding Refn, the director of the 2011 film “Drive” and will be screened at the Venice Film Festival on September 1.
