After several faux pas, Chloe Moretz seems to be finding her fashion footing. I spied the 15-year-old star at the screening of her new film Hick in this floral Dolce & Gabanna gown and it makes me wonder if our little Chlo could unseat Blake Lively as NYC’s fiercest fashionista. B just happens to costar in Hick with CM, but was curiously absent from the event. Could she already be passing the fame torch to Miz Moretz?
