FBI Investigating The Celebrity Phone Hacking Scandal

Forget terrorists, counterfeiters, and drug lords–the FBI says they’re focusing their energy on tracking down the villain who hacked nude photos of celebs like Kate Upton, Jennifer Lawrence, Victoria Justice and Kirsten Dunst.

“[The FBI is] aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high-profile individuals, and is addressing the matter,” said a bureau spokesperson. “Any further comment would be inappropriate at this time.”

As I told you, someone hacked into the iCloud accounts of your favorite celebs and spewed out their most intimate photos for all to see. And Kirsten has basically shrugged it off and Victoria hilariously claims that the pics are phony (really, V, do you think this hacker got legit photos of everyone else and then took the time to Photoshop you?). Others are oh so furious…

“This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton’s privacy,” fumed her attorney. “We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible.”

And J.Law’s legal team was similarly snarly: “This is a flagrant violation of privacy,” read the statement from her lawyer. “The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence.”

If I were this hacker, I’d buy a new identity ASAP. Remember Scarlett Johansson’s hacking pic scandal in 2012? A judge gave that intrepid young pervert 10 years behind bars! Do you think that the FBI should be getting involved? Or should people who take naked pics need to realize that they’re playing with fire to begin with?

That last sentence is laden with victim blaming. Everyone is at right to have sexual freedom in their own privacy. People, women especially, shouldn’t have to change their behavior to please people and not get attacked.

I agree completely nobody should be disrespected like this.

  3. Ariana Said:

This is just a matter of being a public person:if i did something as silly as taking naked pictures of myself, first of all no one would care cause im not famous, second of all its my body i can do what i want, third i wouldnt show my face (that was kind of stupid…specially if u dont wanna be recognized…also because the people who were intended to receive those pictures dont wanna see your face..)and fourht i would be aware that they can fall in the wrong hands as everything on the internet
