While Selena Gomez dazzled at this weekend’s European Music Awards, Katy Perry was a retro mess in a mish-mash look. The “Fireworks” songstress seemed to pull the worst looks from both the ’40s, ’50s and ’80s.  Between her pink hairdon’t, cankle-making saddle shoes and dress that looked like it should be patio furniture in Boca Raton, I’m awarding K.Per’s look the worst of the week. I realize it’s only Monday, but can you really imagine anyone outdoing this disaster?
