I’m not sure who to be more disappointed in: My beloved house of Chanel for designing this atrocious blue monstrosity, or Abduction actress Lily Collins or choosing to wear the dress to the Paris premiere of her new thriller. Does this frumpy, garish, ghastly gown have any redeeming qualities? Or should Lily switch styles ASAP?
