I think we all know how I feel about anchor tattoos, but I suppose it works on J.Hutch. I could do without the necklace, though. I wasn’t aware that The Hunger Games hottie has such a passion for the sea. What should his next tattoo be, darlings? I vote either an octopus crawling up his neck, a propeller across his lower stomach (yum), or how about the Gorton’s Fisherman as a tramp stamp?
