Scene & Heard: Lady Gaga on Miley Cyrus

“I just think everyone needs to lighten up and leave her alone. It’s pop music. Everyone’s entitled to their own artistic expression, and if you have a problem with it, just change the channel. I just don’t understand the incessant need to go on and on about hating things all the time. She’s 20 years old, and if anything I give her props, you know. She’s growing up in front of the entire world.”–A very drunk mellow Lady Gaga dished about Miley Cyrus to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live and I sort of agree with you, Gaga.

True, MC is a pop star, not a priest–she’s supposed to be wild and crazy! All I ask, minions, is that she stop trying quite so hard to be SO UNIQUE, Y’ALL. One can be shocking and not totally annoying, don’t you think?

Miley Cyrus

And seriously that tongue thing needs to stop.

Do agree with Mother Monster that we should cut MC some slack? Or is Miley making herself a target of criticism?

just to say that I like u very much……

  2. Maria Said:

I agree with Gaga and I think they should leave her alone before they push over the edge like they did with Britney. Its like they want her to stay a child, she’s growing up and you can’t stop her from experimenting and finding herself, she’s not doing anything we haven’t all done before- she’s a normal 20 year old.

And just get over the whole VMAs thing, I mean that’s such old news, like bore me! But I totally agree with GG about the tongue thing, it’s so unsightly

  3. Susan Said:

I completely agree she is trying to figure out where she fits in and she is very young we just need to Kelvd her be to make her own path in life and stop criticizing everything she does.

  4. HannahMontana Said:

i like LG but i dont agree with her. Miley is trying so hard to be sexy and would want to be a sex symbol coz this generation is all about that. She can commit suicide and everyone will still be talking about vma. She needs to keep her tongue inside her mouth coz she looks like an angry horse and i think Selena Gomez is also aiming for that sex symbol status. Oh Disney & Nick… the products you have

  5. tana Said:

omg i love gaga even more now. :) i love miley. shes just figuring out herself. nothing wrong with that.

  6. Tash Said:

I dnt tink that Disney/Nick are to blame for the way there stars turn out- they gave them their big break- and didn’t ask them to turn out the way they did! Anyway I just tink that b4 any1 picks on/ mocks either lady gaga, riri, Miley, selena and the rest- they should first concentrate on what’s cooking in their pots b4 the try to taste every1 elses food- dnt be so quick to judge and remember that everyday ppl r fighting der own wars in their own ways-celebs av bad lives really!no freedom @ all

  7. mora Said:

i do totally agree with her, i think she is really awsome. she is growing, she have to find out how she really is. she needs to find her self, she is just expressin to all de world through the art of music.

  8. lola Said:

Because of Disney and Nickelodeon young kids get the chance to let their talents shine. I think that’s a very nice thing. And it’s normal that when you get so much attention, and the spotlight is constantly on you, in your teen years you want to break out of that little miss perfect role you had to play for years. Just look at Christina Aguilera, she was a little miss disney perfect too, and then she went dirrrrty. She turned out fine. so just leave Miley alone.

  9. Jeffrey Said:

I totally agree with her. MC tries to be popular and she’s pretty good at it. And I also agree on that tongue thing, it’s just horrible.

  10. Jami Said:

I COMPLETLY agree that the tongue thing, needs to stop. And I also think that Miley is totally brining on all the of attention from her actions. But ya, shes 20 years old and has everything she could ever dream of, of course shes going to act out, and who cares. This kind of thing happens all the time and all we are doing is giving her what she wants.
