A dress is only half the battle when it comes to winning the red carpet. One must also take into account hair, makeup, and of course skin tone. While I’m obsessed with Leighton Meester’s tulle Marchesa confection, dark lips and swept back hair, I’m wondering if her usually pale pallor would have worked better with the beige dress?
