Miley Cyrus’ Workout Secrets: How She Gets Her Killer Body!

You may think that a pothead like Miley Cyrus does nothing but sit around and eat Doritos all day on her beanbag chair, but not so says her trainer, Pilates guru Mari Windsor:

“When we work out, we don’t just do a couple of moves–it’s at least a half an hour of working out,” Windsor dishes. “You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can. Just doing 40 crunches a day isn’t gonna do it for you.”

Miley’s lean legs are also a result of Pilates, and Windsor says MC is so devoted to the workouts that she installed a slew of equipment in her home (which must have plenty of space since Liam moved out.)
