You may be surprised to hear this, but I hereby declare Harry Potter hottie Emma Watson as the best dressed at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards. Where as stars like Rihanna and Taylor Swift went for the alright, all-white look, Em kept the spirit of summer alive in this bright, bold geographic mini-dress from Peter Pilotto’s Resort 2013 collection.
