Gossip Girl Season 6, Episode 9, “The Revengers,” opens with Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) having a dream where she and Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) are in an old-timey French club playing a game where they pass an orange to one another with their necks. Bart Bass (Robert John Burke) appears as one of the contestants threatening Chuck to Blair. She abruptly wakes up and tells Dorota it’s time.
Georgina Sparks (Michelle Trachtenberg) is helping Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) look at apartments in Manhattan. Dan loves one and tells the realtor he wants it. The agent says the co-op board is tough so he’ll need a good reference.
Chuck works with Lily (Kelly Rutherford) on getting the microfilm information but it’s not enough to convict Bart. They decide they will have to find another plan to get him to confess.
Meanwhile, Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford) has to go and meet with Bart. Per Bart’s instructions, Nate swiped Chuck’s phone and they see that he’s called Ivy Dickens (Kaylee DeFer) a few times.
Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) is planning to move to LA, but doesn’t tell anyone. Blair and Chuck come to her and ask for her help to find Ivy, so she agrees. S calls CeCe’s Hampston’s house where Ivy is staying and apologizes, asking her to meet. When Ivy arrives at the Oak Room, she is greeted by not only Serena but Nate, Chuck, and Blair as well. They ask for her help in getting Bart, telling her to pretend she has copies of the microfilms. As this is happening, the police come and arrest Nate. Turns out Bart pressed charges for his fraud.
Back at the van der Woodsen mansion, Dan meets with Bart to ask him to be his sponsor for the co-op board. Bart is being honored as New Yorker’s Real Estate Man of the Year so he says that if Dan writes a glowing profile for him, he’ll sponsor him. Serena and Chuck walk in at that moment. Dan tries to talk to Serena but she’s having none of it. Chuck and Bart talk: the only way Bart will drop the charges is if Chuck gets on a plane to Moscow and never comes back.
Back at Blair’s, Ivy and B are talking. Blair gets a call about some of her samples and has to run, leaving Ivy there. The town car stops and Bart gets in saying he’s taking her for a little ride. Blair texts Chuck for help. He runs over and talks with Bart who threatens that if he doesn’t go to Moscow he’ll hurt Blair and everyone he loves. He tells him to take the Bass jet.
At jail, Sage Spence (Sofia Black-D’Elia) is visiting Nate and tells him she called someone who could help. Just then, the Captain walks in. The two talk it out and Nate confesses that he’s guilty. His dad says he’ll help him pay the lender but Nate says the only person who can drop the charges is Bart and he’s not budging.
